Money

Coming soon

Everything you own, and where it's headed.

Have you ever wanted a clear view of your financial future across all your separate accounts?

Money adds up what you enter and import today. Linking your banks, read-only through Plaid, is coming soon.

What you own and what it's worth, budgets you make and track, and a forecast, from what you enter or import.

Money's Accounts tab with Things you own on top: an apartment, a private fund and a 2019 hatchback, each with its value and the day it was true.

Things you own

What you own, and what it's worth

Add a home, a car, a private investment or a loan by hand, with its value and the day that value was true. Update it when it changes.

Net worth adds it all up, and its trendline starts from your first balance. Nothing is filled in backward.

Budgets

Budgets you make, and track

Set a monthly budget per category, and see each one against the month so far, worst first, with a plain warning when one is running ahead.

Give a trip or a project its own budget, and save toward a goal.

September's budgets: Dining over its budget in red, Groceries ahead of the month in amber, and Home on pace, each bar marked with where the month is.

The forecast

Money in, money out, and what's ahead

See money in against money out, month by month. Add money you expect, like a raise or a bill you know is coming, and see the next 1, 5 and 20 years, labeled as estimates.

Money's forecast: money in against money out by month with the net as a line, then expected money ahead, labeled as estimates.

Your sheet

Bring in the spreadsheet you already keep

Import a spreadsheet (.csv or .xlsx), map its columns once, and the rows become transactions. Rules sort new rows into categories for you.

When bank linking is on, it will go through Plaid and be read-only: no transfers, and your bank password goes to Plaid, never to Junior. Your money stays yours alone, and Junior's AI provider isn't allowed to train on it.

Importing a spreadsheet into Money: the columns mapped from the header row, a preview counting the rows, dates and money in and out, and the one row that couldn't be read, with why.
